Your day-to-day work will include:

Do you enjoy meeting customers and helping them by building solutions that make their lives easier and structure their data to answer tough questions? Join our team and build digital transformation automations, apps, and solutions that transform the Army. Do you wish to increase your knowledge of software engineering and learn how to incorporate machine learning and statistics into your apps from senior data scientists and other engineers? We are seeking an external, intermediate or senior Power Apps Developer and Software Engineer to build low-code Apps and:

• Build the front end and back end of a Power Apps solution according to defined User Stories within a sprint schedule on a team.
• Serves as a technology leader that uses digital transformation requirements and designs data flow and process architecture.
• Plan systems that produce reliable data while ensuring compliance with security standards.
• Support stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the in-house information systems.
• Assisted with system and product requirements and generated software performance and reliability metrics.
• Perform troubleshooting and remediation, ensure successful project implementation, and perform post-project end-user support.
• Assist with the planning, design, development, evaluation, testing, and integration of the organization's infrastructure, including the design and implementation of Azure Cloud architecture and Power Platform software.

Experience Requirements:

Mandatory:

• 4+ years of professional experience in automation, software engineering, or data & analytics-related fields, including internships or related academic research.
• 3+ years of academic or professional experience coding in any programming language.
• 2+ years designing Power Apps.

Additional Requirements:

Desired:

• 5+ years of combined experience writing code for writing back-end or front-end systems in Visual Basic, .NET, C-family, python, or similar.
• Ability to work within a team and manage time, projects, and user stories independently, efficiently, and with direction from product managers, project managers, and customers.
• Experience working within the military or government (preferred)
• 4+ years of combined experience working with the following tools: Power Apps, Power Automate

• Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200)
• Power Platform App Maker Associate (PL-100)
• Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600)
• Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204)
• Google UX Design Professional Certificate (Coursera)

Education Requirements:

Mandatory: Bachelor’s degree in a business-related, scientific, or technical discipline.

Desired: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or other related scientific or technical discipline
