The Opportunity
Le département Energie & Infrastructure recherche un(e) stagiaire pour la période s'étendant de janvier à juin 2026, à temps plein.
Le traitement des dossiers de l'équipe Energie & Infrastructure implique des matières telles que le droit public, le droit des sociétés, le droit des contrats, le droit de l'énergie, le droit OHADA ou encore le droit de la construction.
Le/la stagiaire sera amené(e) à travailler sur des dossiers impliquant des secteurs aussi variés que celui des infrastructures, de l'énergie, des transports ou que le secteur minier, dans des juridictions diverses situées en Europe, en Afrique, ou encore en Asie Centrale.
Ainsi et selon le profil (publiciste, privatiste ou internationaliste) et les aspirations du/de la stagiaire, ce/cette dernier/dernière pourra être amené(e) à intervenir davantage sur certaines pratiques et/ou secteurs couverts par le département.
Le/la stagiaire sera graduellement intégré(e) au travail de l'équipe et sur les dossiers. Ses missions seront ainsi diverses, allant de la préparation de recherches juridiques à la rédaction de mémorandum ou documentation contractuelle, en passant par une assistance dans le cadre des travaux de due diligence.
La motivation, la rigueur et l'esprit d'équipe sont autant de qualités qui seront aussi très appréciées.
Excellent niveau d'anglais parlé et écrit obligatoire. La maitrise du russe, par exemple, ou toutes autres langues est un plus.

The Energy & Infrastructure Department is looking for a full-time intern from january to june 2026.
The work of the Energy & Infrastructure team covers areas such as public law, corporate law, contract law, energy law, OHADA law and construction law.
The intern will be required to work on cases in sectors as diverse as infrastructure, energy, transport and mining, in various jurisdictions in Europe, Africa and Central Asia.
Depending on the intern's profile (a public law, private law or international law specialist) and aspirations, he or she may be required to work more closely on certain practices and/or sectors covered by the department.
The intern will be gradually integrated into the team's work and projects. The intern's responsibilities will therefore encompass a diverse range of tasks, ranging from preparing legal research to drafting memoranda and contractual documentation, as well as assisting with due diligence work.
Other highly valued qualities include motivation, rigour and team spirit.
An excellent level in English is required (written and oral). Speaking Russian, for instance, or any other language is a plus.
