SAP and Financial Systems Administration Analyst

What You'll Do:

 

•    Work the team’s request queue and perform daily administrative duties
•    Ensure service requests are complete and accurate, adhering to the defined enterprise service-level agreements (SLA’s)
•    Maintain documentation supporting the standard operating procedures for the team
•    Responsible for enforcing the enterprise’s controls for the systems the team administers
•    Collaborate one-on-one with business users within the organization to ensure compliance with enterprise security polices and guidelines
•    Serve as the subject matter expert on applications and platforms managed by the team; acts as a mentor to team members and a liaison with other business areas, educating others where needed
•    Work with business users and teams to perform upgrades and implementations; collaborate with technical teams, seeking buy-in where needed
•    Work with GRC, Internal Audit, and business teams to complete regular access reviews, external and internal audits

 

What You'll Need:

 

•    Bachelor's Degree 
•    Five or more years of experience with financial systems administration applications used for official financial statement preparations
•    Two years of experience with SAP
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills
•    Mental agility, attention to detail, creativity, and innovative thinking
•    Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills
•    Willingness to interact with people from various job-related backgrounds at all levels of experience, both within and outside the company
•    Ability to work independently and to be an effective team member
•    Experience with application security concepts
•    Experience with the concepts of access management
