Description
The Vanderbilt University Medical Center Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences seeks applications for an Associate or Full Professor faculty position conducting patient-focused research in the field of mood or anxiety disorders. The applicant’s area of research interest may include translational neuroscience, neuroimaging, clinical research/trials, neuromodulation, computational psychiatry, digital mental health, or other relevant fields and methodologies.
Generous start-up packages and laboratory space are available commensurate with rank and field of research, including eligibility for an Endowed Chair in the Department. Candidates will be appointed at the Associate or Full Professor level and be nominated for an Endowed Chair in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences. commensurate with rank.

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications include an MD, PhD, or MD/PhD degree, evidence of extramural funding, history of mentorship, high-impact research publications, use of cutting-edge approaches or paradigms, and scholarly and service activities.
