Summary:

Assists the director in organization and maintenance of all department records, clerical assistance to the director and administrative staff of the department, assists in organization and maintenance of accounting procedures.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • 2-4 years previous secretarial experience

  • Experience in Microsoft Word and with office equipment

  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
