Today, we stand strong as Europe’s leading online pet platform, delivering moments of happiness to more than 9 million pet parents each year.<h3>Job Description</h3><p>The Sample Center Team is looking for an Senior Quality Assurance Specialist for Europe based in the FC in Wojkowice near Wroclaw, Poland. This is an international role with high expectations, exposure to senior management and the international organization. As part of a Sample Center Team you will be responsible for ensuring correct masterdata quality , product suitability for e-commerce (warehousing and transport) and compliance in relevant aspects. This role will interact with multiple cross-departmental teams over the whole company and will heavily contribute to customer satisfaction.</p><p>The core focuses of Sample Center are:</p><ol><li>Process Transparency and Data Quality Visibility<ul><li>New product analyses before launch</li><li>Maintaining compliance in terms of extended producer responsibility – waste management</li><li>Developing, revising and implementing new packaging solutions</li></ul></li><li>Business and legal Analysis<ul><li>Problem-solving: Root-cause analysis</li><li>Risk analysis and response management</li><li>Compliance with local/ global regulations and company policy</li></ul></li><li>Execution and Control<ul><li>Managing product quality or geo-data related issues</li><li>The efficient and fast communication flow between stakeholders</li><li>Continuous improvement</li></ul></li></ol><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Ensuring waste management reporting schemes are implemented effectively and legal requirements are upheld</li><li>Proactive involvement and support of the implementation of the new solutions and best practice concepts, which help to improve Sample Center</li><li>The root-cause analysis of any problems regarding waste data accuracy, executing improvement projects</li><li>Devising strategies for new and existing improvement projects of Sample Center and Master Data, and co-ordinating their implementation</li><li>Provide expertise and technical oversight to the waste reporting services of State office regarding data analysis strategies, ultimately used to realize legislation</li><li>Preparation and execution of audits</li><li>Monitor of all corrective actions taken to close all audit findings and ensure actions proposed by the  handling agents/ground procedures of Dangerous Goods manual</li><li>Ensure database completeness in terms of waste reporting</li><li>Monitor the quality and performance of waste reporting services, including contract management of external providers</li><li>Projects sample center related lead</li></ul><p> </p><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Experience in Continuous improvement initiatives and implementation of new solutions</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to schedule deadlines</li><li>Excellent communication (ability to communicate with different stakeholders) and interpersonal skills</li><li>Entrepreneurial attitude, self-starter, understanding of business processes, experience in ecommerce as well as on working in international and/or remote teams</li><li>Outstanding team player with the ability to communicate and work with people on different levels, expertise, and locations</li><li>Exemplary verbal and written communication skills in English</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3>With more than 1,000 passionate professionals located across 10 European offices, we believe our success comes from working together and leveraging our international strengths.
