    • Assist with review and validation of loan‑level data received from servicers, trustees, and data providers
    • Help identify data anomalies, performance outliers, or emerging risks and escalate findings appropriately

  • Surveillance Materials & Reporting
    • Prepare standardized surveillance reports, presentation materials, and supporting analyses for internal stakeholders and senior management
    • Support ad‑hoc surveillance requests related to portfolio performance, asset behavior, or transaction events
    • Maintain organized records of surveillance materials, analyses, and supporting documentation

  • Cross‑Functional Coordination
    • Coordinate with internal teams (investment, portfolio management, operations, risk, and data) to support effective surveillance and issue resolution
    • Liaise with external parties such as servicers, trustees, and data vendors to support surveillance and information gathering
    • Support responses to internal reviews, audits, or inquiries related to surveillance activities

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work with deal‑level and loan‑level data
  • Comfort preparing recurring reports, dashboards, and presentation materials
  • Ability to follow defined processes and support control‑oriented workflows
