About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to actively embed digital change at Leven, ensuring a positive impact on performance while optimizing costs. Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the Data Team Lead & Deployment Manager will work in the Strategic Planning & Projects (SP&P) Department.

Some of the Key Responsibilities are

  • Lead and manage the Brand Change & Data Administration team.
  • Foster a culture of high standards and accountability.
  • Sponsor, lead, and mentor performance improvement initiatives for SP&P
  • Ensure brilliant execution of digital projects.
  • Develop and deliver the site-based Data & Analytics strategic roadmap
  • Build and lead the site's digital and automation strategy.
  • Be responsible for the implementation and management of site digital and automation programs.
  • Lead data automation process improvements to improve operational efficiency.

About You

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate structured problem-solving skills as well as leading and embedding change within teams.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Effective at leading change with an understanding of packaging materials and equipment.
  • Familiar with SAP and Microsoft Office packages.
  • Transformational thinking on how digital can transform operations at Leven.
  • Ability to handle diverse teams and stakeholders across functions.
  • Lead initiatives that significantly boost efficiency.
  • Implement site-specific improvements in Data & Analytics.
  • Program manage site digital activities, establishing a new Digital tier structure aligned with Digital Supply Chain (DSC) implementation.
  • Developed team vision and critical metrics to drive strategic objectives.
