  • Advise students, parents, school stakeholders and the general public in person, by e-mail or by telephone, on available funding options to enable them to obtain optimal financial support.
  • Advise the various bursary selection committees and faculty representatives on eligibility criteria, terms of reference, bursary deadlines, confidentiality, number of recipients and bursary amounts to be allocated, and advise on the best course of action.
  • Collaborate on various scholarship programs in terms of planning, developing, drafting, evaluating and updating control procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and methods on eligibility and renewal of scholarships offered by the University or external organizations.
  • Advise selection committee members on the amount and number of scholarships to be awarded, ensuring compliance with the terms of reference in order to optimize the use of available funds.
