We achieve this by focusing on our team and our services: </p><ul><li> <strong>Our Team</strong> – Powered by people to keep data centres moving safely and securely. </li></ul><p>We recognise that our greatest strength is our staff, which is why we promote a culture of personal development and professional training, both internally and from leading industry bodies. </p><ul><li> <strong>Our Services</strong> – We provide a range of specialised services tailored to the individual needs and demands of each client, their equipment, and their data centre infrastructure. </li></ul><p>From managing specialised computer transport, and IT relocation services, to logistics and planning, and data centre commissioning and decommissioning; we adapt our 40+ years of expertise to every situation. </p><p>ATC operates in a dynamic global market where clients demand a service that is right first time, every time; we are recruiting motivated and driven people to work in a company that is <em>Driving Forward.</em></p><p><strong>This Role</strong></p><p>Reporting to the Business Operations Manager (BOM), The Facilities Supervisor is responsible for facilities maintenance and oversight of the head office and surrounding grounds, including equipment maintenance, ensuring that the premises is safe and functional, while collaborating with regional point of contacts in other locations, for consistency in approach across our ATC facilities. </p><p>The incumbent is also responsible for the security, monitoring, CCTV & access control of the Dublin site, with audit and monitoring responsibilities for other locations. </p><p>The role entails, but is not limited to the following tasks: </p><ul> <li>Schedule routine maintenance on facilities and making repairs as required, with sourcing & cost management required for the facility. </li> <li>Manage facilities contracts such as general facilities, utilities and security - developing and maintaining strong relationships with contractors/ suppliers. </li> <li>Ensure delivery of services to the site including management of contractors ensuring high standard of service delivery. </li> <li>To inspect and maintain electrical, plumbing, air conditioning and landscaping on the premises. Assist with maintenance of company accommodation (i.e., plumber/electrical etc) when required. </li> <li>Planning and supervision of facilities related projects, including building improvements and renovations. </li> <li>Collaborate with the BOM & Health & Safety Engineer in monitoring the safety protocols and cleanliness of all interior and exterior areas. Ensuring compliance with legislative, Client and health, Safety and environmental requirements. </li> <li>Collaborate with staff & colleagues regarding facilities and security needs, evaluation of services, or problems with security systems and supporting senior management by identifying risks and ensuring the smooth continuance of business functions during a disaster or other crisis. </li> </ul><ul> <li>Ensuring high standard security measures for the workplace are maintained, including collaborating with security system vendors or a team of security professionals. </li> <li>While working closely with the Business Operations Team, Senior Management, and being responsible for the security, monitoring, CCTV & access control of the Dublin site. </li> <li>Ensure the security infrastructures are well maintained and performing as intended. Report on monthly review of CCTV, in line with TAPA FSR requirements. </li> <li>Investigate, analyse and review security incidents, and advise on corrective and preventive measures </li> </ul><ul> <li>Preparing facilities for TAPA FSR internal & external audits, including membership of the audit team. </li> <li>Occasional travel to other ATC sites to carry out audits & controls, to monitor and ensure a high security performance in line with ATC & TAPA policies & procedures. </li> </ul><ul> <li>Main point of contact for security & fire alarms, when activated out of working hours. </li> <li>Regular reporting of KPIs on a weekly/ monthly basis </li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>Ability to be flexible in respect of work standards and demands. Capable of working under pressure and to strict deadlines. Proven ability to complete tasks. Resilient and able to deal with changing priorities.
