Responsibilities
Operational Management
- Oversee daily clinical operations across multiple departments to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery.
- Develop and implement operational strategies in collaboration with the Director Clinical Ops to enhance the quality of patient care and optimize resource utilization.
- Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of clinical services.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, standards, and protocols.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and train a team of clinical staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among clinical teams and other departments.
Quality Assurance
- Work alongside Director to implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Conduct regular audits of clinical processes to ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
- Assist Operations leaders to address and resolve patient complaints and concerns promptly and effectively.
Financial Management
- Develop and manage the clinical operations budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and fiscal responsibility.
- Monitor expenditures and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising the quality of care
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management.
Strategic Planning
- Contribute to the development and execution of the health system’s strategic goals and initiatives.
