Job purpose:

As a Financial Accountant, Trade Spend FSSC, you will be responsible for setting up the contract in the form of appropriate conditions, which calculate the reserve and their regular control. You will be part of Vistex Agreement Team, that is in constant contact with the financial controllers in Europe and respond to current issues related to reserves.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Posting customer agreement to SAP system, for region of Continental Europe
• Review and approval of customer claims in SAP
• Preparation and development of reports
• Participating in harmonization and optimization of Trade Spend processes
• Supporting process of booking customer claims

About You:

• Accounting knowledge, previous experience in SSC will be an asset
• Experience with SAP required
• Working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office tools
• Fluent knowledge of English and Pollish (written and oral)
• Analytical skills
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills
• Detailed-oriented with effective organizational and time management skills
• Team player
