Job Description

WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION? 

As an Enterprise Solutions Architect at Human Edge, you will: 

• Drive innovation through the design, development, and implementation of IT projects.  
• Manage and coordinate teams to ensure that IT solutions are aligned with the needs of the business and its clients.  
• Be responsible for defining the IT development roadmap, establishing, and updating processes, as well as building in-house IT capabilities.​​​​ 

WHAT WILL YOU BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR? 

• Design, lead and monitor the implementation of strategic and transformative IT projects, including an assessment platform.  
• Define and drive initiatives to bring innovation to the organization. 
• Provide expertise and tools to support the leadership team in structuring and managing projects.

Qualifications

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 

• 7+ years of experience in IT, with business acumen, preferably in consulting  
• Experience leading projects related to IT systems and data/reporting solutions, functionalities/solution definition, implementation roadmap definition, and roll-out   
• At least 5 years of experience as a Data Architect or Senior Software Engineer (back end & front end).
• Experience with the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of at least one IT product that´s currently in the market
• Previous relevant experience as Software Engineer for Cloud-based solutions (no actual coding will be performed). Knowledge is required to lead a team of programmers. 
• Strong understanding of both business and IT needs in all phases of selection, solution design, and implementation of IT systems/data solutions  
• Experience in liaising with C-level stakeholders as well as systems/data users   
• Experience in building capabilities for the effective use and maintenance of data/IT solutions 
• Experience with assessment or testing platforms is highly desirable 

Additional Information

Our Data Architect Team Lead needs to be a transformational and technologically savvy leader, with at least 7 years of experience in the effective design and implementation of complex IT projects and systems. 

Additionally, our ideal candidate will: 

• Have a strong understanding of the common business and technological challenges faced when developing new IT solutions, as well as experience driving strategic projects across different functional areas
