Continuous Cooker for Wise Foods

3rd SHIFT: 12AM MIDNIGHT - 8AM w/MANDATORY OVERTIME

Location(s): RELATED PLANT

As a Continuous Cooker, you will operate cookers for the onion ring pellet ribbon processing.

Areas of Responsibilities:

• DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate and maintain ribbon oilers
• Check ribbon moisture and ribbon texture

• WEEKLY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform Weekly/Weekend cleaning on cookers and surrounding areas
• Work with cleaning chemicals

• Always utilize all required PPE.

• OTHER RESPONSIBILITES:

• Perform any added duties as assigned by supervision
• Attend required training sessions
• Work overtime as required

• Follow GHP (Good Housekeeping practices) as well as GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
• Work towards attaining and maintaining GFSI & BRC certifications

Education and Experience:

Required:

• GENERAL EDUCATION
• ABILITY TO FOLLOW VERBAL AND WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS AND COMMUNICATION

Preferred:

• HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR GED
• ADVANCED SCHOOLING
