Job Summary: Operates and maintains chillers, boilers, and support equipment systems. Performs PM's as required, troubleshoots electrical, hydraulic, mechanical repairs as needed. Operate equipment such as a forklift, tractor, etc.

Minimum Requirements:
- High school graduate with courses in electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and steam generation.
- Must be able to work from written or verbal instructions, blue prints, sketches or drawings.
- Two year technical degree in retaliated field.
- Seven years experience required.
