Boiler Room Specialist

Job Summary: Operates and maintains chillers, boilers, and support equipment systems. Performs PM's as required, troubleshoots electrical, hydraulic, mechanical repairs as needed. Operate equipment such as a forklift, tractor, etc.

Minimum Requirements: 

• High school graduate with courses in electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and steam generation. 
• Must be able to work from written or verbal instructions, blue prints, sketches or drawings.
• Two year technical degree in retaliated field. 
• Seven years experience required.
