Skills in staffing, recruiting, and workforce data analysis to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent. - Compensation and Benefits Knowledge
Understanding of compensation structures and benefits administration, with the ability to partner across teams to implement equitable and compliant programs. - Policy and Compliance Awareness
Familiarity with HR policies and employment laws to ensure consistent application and adherence to legal and organizational standards. - Training Coordination and Project Management
Ability to assess training needs, coordinate learning initiatives, and contribute to special projects that enhance organizational capability. - HR Systems and Documentation Accuracy
Attention to detail in maintaining accurate workforce data and creating employment contracts in compliance with local laws and practices.
Education, Licenses, Certifications:
College, university, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience required.
Experience:
Minimal relevant work experience required.
