As the 2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor in our new warehouse in Owatonna, you will oversee daily management of the people, processes and tools needed for warehousing products and initiate and facilitate area business and process improvements in support business targets.

2nd Shift is Monday-Thursday 3:30pm - 2:00am.

Job Description

Bosch Automotive Aftermarket invites applications for the pivotal role of the 2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor at our Owatonna facility. We are committed to fostering a culture that epitomizes our core values: grow, enjoy, and inspire.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a dedicated team of tooling technicians and other personnel.
  • Efficiently plan, scope, and coordinate the freight operations for shipments.
  • Initiate and drive business and process improvements to achieve business targets.
  • Analyze department workload and schedule, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
  • Uphold and promote a stringent safety culture within the warehouse.
  • Engage proactively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally, particularly with sourcing, logistics, and plant operations.

Key Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a Business-related discipline with 2+ years of leadership experience; OR
  • An Associate Degree with 5+ years of leadership experience; OR
  • Over 10 years of leadership experience without a degree.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with SAP is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in warehouse and distribution processes.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
