Role Description:
The Chief of Staff, Sales & Delivery, will report to the Chief Delivery Officer and will serve as a strategic partner to leaders in the Sales and Delivery teams, including those in the C-Suite and ensure organizational alignment and execute on the Company’s vision by driving key initiatives. The Chief of Staff will contribute to the success of the Company in support of these leaders by:
- Acting as the right hand to the Chief Delivery Officer, helping to ensure smooth operations and effective collaboration across the Sales and Delivery organizations.
- Collaborating closely with said leaders and CXOs to continuously assess Sales and Delivery vision, ensuring alignment among Sales and Delivery.
- Overseeing and leading Sales and Delivery strategic initiatives on behalf of the CXOs, partnering with CXOs and other leaders as needed.
- Understanding and anticipating the critical information needs of the CXOs, gathering this information, and using it to drive their priority areas of focus in alignment with Company and department goals.
- Ensuring departments and teams align with the organization’s strategy by leading effective collaboration, communication, and shared insights.
- Fostering relationships between senior executives, external stakeholders, and the broader organization.
- Communicating to the organization on behalf of the CXOs and as their proxy.
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, engaging with the appropriate stakeholders to collect pertinent information, building context, and presenting findings and recommendations to the CXOs for decision-making.
- Quickly identifying the right people to address problems, deploying them, and moving on to the next priority.
Qualifications and Desired Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- Master’s Degree in Management or MBA preferred.
- Proven experience as a Chief of Staff or similar senior-level role.
- Demonstrated competency in strategic planning and project management.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to accelerate under pressure.
- A commitment to perseverance.
- Ability to consider and serve the needs of the entire enterprise, effectively communicate and present to a variety of audiences, and build consensus along the way.
- Industry subject matter knowledge.
- Experience navigating across GTM departments which include Sales and Client Delivery.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proven ability to navigate complex and challenging situations with resolve and professionalism.
