Key Responsibilities

• Support Compliance Reviews: Conduct regulatory compliance assessments and reviews to ensure adherence to relevant laws and standards.

• Assist with Policy Development: Help draft and implement internal policies, procedures, and controls to support regulatory excellence.

• Monitor Regulatory Changes: Stay up to date with industry developments and recommend adjustments to our compliance strategy.

• Contribute to Risk Assessments: Assist in identifying, assessing, and mitigating compliance-related risks.

• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with product, operations, and legal to offer guidance on compliance-related matters.

• Investigate and Document Issues: Support internal investigations and help maintain clear records for audits and regulatory exams.

• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare reports and ensure meticulous documentation to support transparency and regulatory audits.
