We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join Nutrien’s Digital User Experience team. Senior UX Designers partner with a cross-functional team to provide innovative products to our customers.

 

What you will do:

 

• Apply knowledge of usability, user interface design, and product design to create intuitive user experiences across the product development lifecycle.
• Create design concepts and prototypes for usability testing.
• Manage the design process and timelines alongside the product management and development teams.
• Conduct usability tests, communicate results, and refine designs based on learnings.
• Collaborate with designers through pair designing sessions, critiques, and retros.
• Communicate design concepts that solve user pain points to a broad group of functional stakeholders.
• Contribute to the design system and communicate design system decisions to the rest of the team.
• Model our core value of safety by enabling a culture in which you are actively contributing to a safe work environment.

 

What you will bring:

 

• Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in HCI, Interaction Design, UX Design, Product Design, or related field; experience may be considered in lieu of education.
• Minimum of 5 years of design experience working on web and mobile products, preferably in the agriculture industry.
• Design portfolio demonstrating application of design principles to solve complex problems.
• Proficient with design software (e.g., Figma, Miro, or equivalent) preferred.
• Experience with a design system preferred.

• Experience collaborating with front-end developers using technologies such as HTML, CSS, Javascript, Git, or React preferred.
• Ability to travel 0-10%.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary Range: $106,800.00 - $146,850.00. This range is estimated for the Senior UX Designer position in Loveland, Colorado. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.
