We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join Nutrien’s Digital User Experience team. Senior UX Designers partner with a cross-functional team to provide innovative products to our customers.
What you will do:
- Apply knowledge of usability, user interface design, and product design to create intuitive user experiences across the product development lifecycle.
- Create design concepts and prototypes for usability testing.
- Manage the design process and timelines alongside the product management and development teams.
- Conduct usability tests, communicate results, and refine designs based on learnings.
- Collaborate with designers through pair designing sessions, critiques, and retros.
- Communicate design concepts that solve user pain points to a broad group of functional stakeholders.
- Contribute to the design system and communicate design system decisions to the rest of the team.
- Model our core value of safety by enabling a culture in which you are actively contributing to a safe work environment.
What you will bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in HCI, Interaction Design, UX Design, Product Design, or related field; experience may be considered in lieu of education.
- Minimum of 5 years of design experience working on web and mobile products, preferably in the agriculture industry.
- Design portfolio demonstrating application of design principles to solve complex problems.
- Proficient with design software (e.g., Figma, Miro, or equivalent) preferred.
- Experience with a design system preferred.
- Experience collaborating with front-end developers using technologies such as HTML, CSS, Javascript, Git, or React preferred.
- Ability to travel 0-10%.
Please note that if the selected candidate for this opportunity is within a commutable distance to a corporate office, they would be required to work three days a week from that office location.
Compensation & Benefits:

Salary Range: $106,800.00 - $146,850.00. This range is estimated for the Senior UX Designer position in Loveland, Colorado. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan, consistent with the terms of our plan, which provide discretionary award opportunities reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee.
