Join us for an exciting opportunity as a Senior Talent Management Specialist at Dow, based in Terneuzen, The Netherlands.
As a Senior Talent Management Specialist, you will play a key role enhancing the employee experience by implementing and delivering innovative talent management solutions.

Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end implementation and delivery of talent management program initiatives to create an exceptional employee experience.
- Support the development and rollout of several programs on global and regional level, encompassing skills integration into Leadership and High Potential Development, aligning them with the specific needs and drivers of the organization.
- Act as a central point for critical talent management processes, offering consultation, support, and collaboration to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Collaborate across HR to design, analyze, and communicate talent analytics, generating valuable insights that support the corporate talent strategy.
- Address escalated HR inquiries, providing valuable information and insights to continuously enhance the Knowledge Base (HR library) and Case Management content.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in HRM, Business Administration, Psychology, or a relevant equivalent field of study.
- Extensive expertise and minimum 5 years of work experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, and Organization Development.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate effectively within a global matrix organization, adept at managing complexity and ambiguity.
- Proven ability to rapidly comprehend business drivers and adapt to cultural and organizational dynamics.
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in people analytics is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in an additional language (besides English), such as French, Dutch, German, or Spanish is highly advantageous.
