This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our custom industrial machinery and equipment.</p> <p><strong>Hours: 1:30pm-10:30pm&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Overtime may be required, extended shifts and occasional Saturdays.&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Your Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on custom industrial machinery and equipment to ensure optimal functionality and safety.</li> <li>Follow all company policies and safety protocols strictly to maintain a safe and compliant working environment.</li> <li>Perform maintenance tasks independently, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.</li> <li>Diagnose mechanical issues and perform repairs on various equipment and systems, including electrical components and pneumatics.</li> <li>Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and replacements, ensuring all logs are up-to-date.</li> <li>Monitor and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to ensure availability.</li> <li>Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and provide efficient solutions to minimize downtime and operational disruption.</li> <li>Work closely with other departments and team members to support overall facility operations and improvements.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Skills/Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.</li> <li>1-2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role preferred; candidates with relevant experience outside th
