The Higher Education Technology Services team is responsible for the Data Conversion, Integration, and Reporting workstreams on Workday Student implementation projects. As a diverse group driven by a passion for the success of our customers, we provide leadership and technical expertise to efficiently guide customers through their deployments. It’s an exciting, fast-paced, and rewarding work environment!

About the Role

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Lead the Integration workstream on customer projects
• Architect and design integrations between Workday and third-party systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality
• Shape the future development of our organization, the Workday product, and our implementation tools by providing strategic insights and innovative solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success and satisfaction

Must have:

• Exceptional consulting and communication skills
• Proven track record in leading technical projects
• Solid technical background in web services, programming languages, integrated development environments, and related technologies involved in processing and transmitting data between systems

Should have:

• Experience in architecting, and developing integrations for HCM, Financial, or Student Information Systems
• Passion for solving integration challenges, inspiring team members, and fostering a collaborative environment

Nice to have:

• Workday HCM, FIN or Student implementation experience
• Understanding of Higher Education business functions

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location.
