We are seeking a results-driven and creative Senior Product Specialist to lead the downstream proceduralization of AiBLE—our AI-driven technology ecosystem for spine surgery. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role will be instrumental in shaping how the market experiences AiBLE by translating our vision into optimized, end-to-end procedural workflows across spine hardware, enabling technologies, and data/AI-driven software.

This individual will own downstream marketing for the AiBLE proceduralization strategy, partnering across business units to unify storytelling, drive awareness, support adoption, and accelerate growth.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Demonstrate deep clinical understanding of optimal procedural workflows, integrating enabling technologies and software solutions to enhance spine procedures.
  • Translate complex offerings into clear, concise, and value-driven solutions that bring AiBLE procedures to life.
  • Define and evolve AiBLE procedural messaging, positioning, and value propositions to clearly communicate the clinical and strategic value of the ecosystem for spine procedures.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on procedural workflows across spine, enabling technologies, and data/AI-driven software teams.
  • Collaborate with surgeon partners and upstream teams to design and refine ideal procedural workflows that optimize Medtronic spine procedures.
  • Lead customer experience programs that enhance brand understanding and reinforce the value of the AiBLE procedural workflow.
  • Partner with sales and surgeon education teams to design and implement effective training programs for complex procedural workflows.
  • Leverage deep understanding of customer clinical needs to identify gaps and inform development opportunities across spine and enabling technologies.
  • Support society meetings, field events, and surgeon engagements, while addressing ad hoc sales team needs.
  • Gather and synthesize field insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to refine the AiBLE procedural experience and inform future strategies.
  • Measure brand impact and marketing performance across channels, optimizing to drive engagement and adoption.
  • Travel up to 30% for customer visits, events, and internal collaboration.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 4+ years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.

Nice to Have

  • Medical device industry experience, spine strongly preferred.
  • Experience with enabling technologies (e.g., robotics, navigation, AI planning)
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows and how to engage with clinicians
  • Demonstrated success in brand, downstream, or commercial marketing roles
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into simple, compelling narratives for diverse audiences

For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
