Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Monitor patients’ health and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and their families.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and patient status.
• Follow all safety and infection control protocols to ensure patient well-being.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or in patient care preferred.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to providing care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Availability for part-time hours including every other weekend shifts.
• Current certification or willingness to obtain Home Health Aide certification is preferred.
• Reliable transportation to travel to patient homes.
