Job Description

As Cocktail Server/Model your role will include: 

Job Responsibilities: 

• The Cocktail Server/Model is responsible for providing quality guest serving beverages, food, and amenities in all areas of the restaurant, lounges, ball rooms, meeting rooms and night clubs; handling cash and credit transactions at the Point of Sale system. 
• The Cocktail Server/ Model participates in in-house modeling programs, special casino events, Banquet service functions, and performs model/presenter tasks at Wynn Las Vegas events. 

Qualifications

Job Requirements: 

• Candidates must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to communicate in English with guests and co-workers.
• Consistently maintain a well-groomed appearance, posture and hygiene.
• Maintain dialogue with all cultures and ethnicities while upholding a warm, positive and friendly persona at all times.
• Requires strong knowledge of spirits, wine, champagne and mixed cocktails.
• Willing to work in a loud and smoke filled environment.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required, at present or in the future, for this position at all times.
• The ability to work within a team environment.
• If hired in a steady extra (SE) position, the Cocktail Server-Model must be available to work all shifts; to include Day, Swing and Grave shift. 
• Experience in European Bottle service preferred, but not required.
• Minimum of 1 year work experience in high volume beverage or nightclub setting; previous model/bottle presenter experience preferred, but not required.
