About the Opportunity: As a people leader, you will lead a multi-functional team of product-minded business professionals in support of Health Services systems and initiatives, ensuring business requirements and timelines are met. You will lead this work in a collaborative and highly matrixed environment, partnering with various areas of the Health Services department, product teams, Technology division, vendor stakeholders and more. You will serve as the Agile leader of a team that supports system automation, system configuration, and business validation. This collaborative approach ensures objectives, expected deliverables, and goals are achieved. You will lead and support product team members through their development and success, while removing barriers that may arise for the team. Lastly, you will cultivate ideas, facilitate, and implement process improvement initiatives across the business.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or direct and applicable work experience
- 5+ years of operational work experience that reflects successful management of complex/integrated business systems, applications, or platforms and operational business processes, driving a team to deliver results, and an understanding of the Agile/Product delivery model.
- Broad understanding of health care system care management systems and operations.
- Problem-solving, optimization experience.
- Financial Services or Insurance industry experience, including knowledge of relevant regulations.
- Leadership skills typically gained through a combination of product/project or informal leadership that demonstrates knowledge of work processes, services, and leadership competencies. Ability to effectively coach and mentor others and lead with a team-centric approach to work through change.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills combined with a creative, continuous improvement-focused approach. Proactively recommends improvements to systems/processes.
- Outstanding workflow management.
- Ability to effectively manage through complexity and ambiguity.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including strong group/meeting facilitation skills. Ability to effectively communicate complex information with varied audiences such as internal and external leaders, team members, vendors, or customers.
- Effective consulting skills and the ability to influence others. Proven success building relationships and collaborating with functional and technical teams to drive results.
