Supplier Quality Receiving Inspection has an opening for a Material Verification and Control Analyst who will be responsible for incoming inspection, interfacing with Factory Operations. The position is based in Farmington, NM and requires onsite presence. The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following in the next section.
This position is located at the Raytheon Dine Facility in Farmington, NM. RTX- Dine Facility adheres to the Navajo Nation Preference in Employment Act in areas of recruitment and hiring practices.
What You Will Do
- Complete required visual inspection, marking, identification, and approval documents
- Navigation of and data entry into applicable databases or quality systems (examples: CABS, SHARP, PRISM, Net Inspect, and Common PDM)
- Verify product and process compliance with respect to contractual, technical, industry, AS9100 Quality Management System (QMS) requirements and internal policies
- Ensure identification, physical control, and disposition of non-conforming material
- Interact with off-site Supplier Quality Material Verification team, support functions, and suppliers
- Participate in daily status meetings with the factory support, factory management, hourly employees, and internal stakeholders
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience
- Experience with manufacturing processes (assembly, inspection, test)
- Experience with engineering drawings, work instructions, Bill of Materials (BOMs), consumable materials control
- The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance (U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance)
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Demonstrated ability to communicate inspection results both verbally and in written format.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- Experience with basic measuring devices such as calipers, multimeters, and micrometers
- Existing DoD Secret Clearance
- Experience with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 Quality Management System
- Strong interpersonal skills with experience in negotiating, having difficult conversations, and ability to work well with factory management, hourly employees, and internal stakeholders
- Six Sigma or ASQ Certification

The salary range for this role is 55,000 USD - 107,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
