Position Summary:
The Manager, Oncology Campaigns is responsible for leading the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive demand, enhance customer experience, and support the oncology business unit. This role requires deep expertise in digital marketing, campaign management, cross-functional collaboration, and customer-centric strategy, with a focus on B2B demand generation and the US oncology marketplace. This role includes people leadership responsibilities—managing and developing a high-performing team of marketers. The ideal candidate brings a data-driven, agile mindset, with strong leadership capabilities to guide, coach, and inspire a team while delivering impactful marketing outcomes in a complex, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution:

Design, execute, and manage integrated multi-channel and direct sales campaigns aligned with business objectives and customer experience plans.

Oversee the end-to-end marketing funnel from digital engagement through to sales pipeline conversion.

Leverage ABM, retargeting, multi-touch marketing strategies, and automation tools to optimize campaign performance.
Customer Experience & Insights:

Ensure all digital tactics enhance the overall customer journey and drive meaningful engagement.

Use customer insights and analytics to inform campaign strategy, segmentation, targeting, and content.
Agile Marketing & Innovation:

Embrace a test-and-learn, agile approach to marketing—comfortable navigating ambiguity, iterating processes, and fostering innovation.

Build internal networks across stakeholders to influence strategy and alignment across teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with Brand Marketing, Sales, Creative, Analytics, and Operations to ensure campaign integration and alignment with broader business objectives.

Work closely with Sales and Brand teams to optimize lead generation and pipeline contribution.
Agency & Vendor Management:

Lead daily interactions with external agencies and vendors; develop and manage scopes of work (SOW).

Oversee and manage campaign budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and ROI.
Compliance & Standards:

Ensure all marketing activities are conducted in full compliance with corporate policies, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines.
People Management:

Lead, coach, and develop a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Provide mentorship, feedback, and career development support to team members.

Set clear goals and performance metrics aligned to business and campaign objectives.

Support team well-being, engagement, and collaboration in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications:
Education:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field required.

MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
Experience:
-
7+ years of progressive experience in marketing, digital strategy, or campaign management.

At least 2 years of experience leading or mentoring team members (direct or matrixed).

Demonstrated success in B2B demand generation, customer journey mapping, and digital campaign execution.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in complex, highly regulated industries.

Experience in BioTech, Oncology, or related therapeutic areas strongly preferred
