Responsibilities
IGT is currently seeking a Repair Technician IV for our newly-formed Repair Depot at our Reno headquarters. The primary responsibility of this role is to diagnose and repair issues - ensuring the quality of products for both our Field Services team and Customers. Immerse yourself in restoring and optimizing gaming equipment, making a real impact with your precision in repair processes. Take a pivotal role in the transition from the Repair Depot from Rhode Island to Nevada, shaping the team and enhancing the Repair Depot's excellence. Bring your passion for quality, proven track record, and meticulous attention to detail to this dynamic and engaging role. Collaborate cross-functionally within and outside Nevada, adding your unique touch to our high-performing team.
- Dismantle, adjust, repair, and assemble equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, and operating and/or repair manuals.
- Use test and diagnostic equipment to perform checkouts.
- Rebuild manufacturing equipment as required.
- Perform equipment modifications as directed by manufacturing engineers.
Qualifications
- High School degree or equivalent.
- 2-4 years of related experience is required.
- Experience in SAP functionality and Systems.
- Good communicator (verbal/written) who can explain warehouse/supply chain concepts in terms that the business understands.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Looks to lead by serving peers and internal customers.
- Self-managed and results driven, with the ability to work independently and deliver projects on time.
- Proven skills to work effectively across internal functional areas in ambiguous situations.
- Exceptional listening skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associates degree.
- Experience in high-tech electronics or consumer goods.
- Understanding of material management and warehousing concepts.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $44,000 - $60,000. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
