In this exciting role, you'll directly support the Navy's Expeditionary Logistics Support Group, working hands-on with a diverse range of materials in a warehouse setting. Your responsibilities will include crucial stockpile maintenance and performing Integrated Logistics Overhaul/Integrated Logistics Support (ILO/ILS) for Table of Allowance (TOA) capabilities.

What You Will Do

  • Prepare logistics documentation in establishing the range and depth of spares, tools, test equipment and related manuals to be deployed and stocked. 
  • Modify maintenance records such as repair standards for more complex equipment or components. 
  • Identify requirements for procurement request and manage records of equipment, components, repair parts and related manuals.  
  • Track logistics materials and parts for proper allocation of storage facilities.  
  • Review Table of Allowance (TOA) configuration changes to evaluate impact on logistics deployment. 
  • Document equipment, component and parts condition codes. 
  • Identify logistic support documentation to be included such as drawings, technical manuals, and maintenance requirement cards to support life cycle of product.  
  • Perform Integrated Logistics Overhaul (ILO) using a Warehouse Management System to validate inventory, perform shelf-life management, schedule equipment functionality testing, schedule calibration, perform technical refresh on TOA configuration changes, pick and pack military materiel for assignment it to a specific TOA build. 

What You Must Have

  • High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years additional education and/or related experience
  • Candidate must have experience in the utilization of Warehouse Management Systems is necessary
  • Candidate must have Inventory management experience in a warehouse setting
  • Candidate must have experience navigating and applying knowledge of the Federal Supply System
  • Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen
