Job Description
As the E-commerce Measurement Project Manager within the E-Commerce & Customer Engagement Department, your primary mission is to accompany the teams in identifying solutions to measure digital campaigns performance and in building framework to improve cross channels analysis in the new privacy constrained digital environment (GDPR, 3rd party cookies deprecation, 1st party cookies limitation, etc.).
You will collaborate closely with various teams, including the Digital Business Factory, E-Commerce & Customer Engagement teams, Compliance (Data Protection Officers), business units (BUs), and digital partners/suppliers.
Your responsibilities include
- Influence Measurement & ePrivacy culture within Accor Web Direct teams
- Animate our Brands and Hubs community around ePrivacy, Measurement, Attribution, & Cookieless subjects
- Leverage attribution tool capabilities with operational and technical teams
- Build the Measurement and ePrivacy roadmap
- Animate the governances and streams linked to ePrivacy & cookieless projects
- Establish testing methodologies to assess the cookieless solutions impact
- Support our BU Champions in testing cookieless solutions
- Conduct in-depth audit on ePrivacy rules application to identify areas of improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in data privacy regulations.
- Support and collaborate with the Tracking Project Manager on strategic transversal projects
Your tasks will include
- Drive the acculturation around Measurement and ePrivacy within the Global and Local eCommerce teams
- Drive the project management around cookieless solutions & animate the interactions between central and local teams
- Document and maintain guidelines on Measurement and cookieless subjects
- Investigate the Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) use cases within the organization and leverage its insights
- Identify possible Attribution tools and help design the analysis frameworks to draw strategic insights on our budget allocation, & product priorization
- Train and support the central and local teams Attribution and Measurement tools
- Create and animate the communication channel on Measurement and Tracking subjects
Qualifications

- Genuine interest in e-commerce activities, combining a keen understanding of e-commerce strategies with performance monitoring.
- Ability to rally and prioritize with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure successful development and visibility of actions.
- Knowledge of the upcoming challenges coming on the Digital landscape and its impacts on measure (depreciation of cookies, GDPR, ePrivacy, etc.)
- Ability to communicate complex concepts and data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Experience with advanced analytics tools, Digital Acquisition & Media campaigns, and their analysis
Experience:
- A proven project manager in Digital Projects & Analysis, with minimum 3 years of experience, ideally obtained in an international environment and matrix organization
- You have significant experience in E-Retail or E-Commerce in the hospitality, distribution, or luxury sectors.
Languages:
- You are fluent in French and English.
