About the Role
The Associate Business Systems Manager will contribute to our Business Applications department by supporting initiatives that help internal and external stakeholders to understand, document, facilitate, and configure business systems and process improvements. This may include conducting new application launches, maintaining existing applications, and identifying the need for new processes or enhancements.
The Associate Business Systems Manager is part of a team that supports specific business applications and assists in configuring, documenting, supporting, administering, and improving functionality of associated business system applications, with the ability to work independently when needed.
Responsibilities
Administer business application packages. This often includes (but is not necessarily limited to) user adds/changes, with the ability to independently support stakeholders by making configuration changes as well as troubleshooting and investigating issues according to established standards.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to understand and document business system changes. Demonstrate business system issue resolution with evidence for audits and updated documentation on system configuration.
Support efforts to identify process improvement opportunities, create process flows, and independently make the necessary technical changes to support process improvement.
Document business system flows and processes by developing a high-level understanding of the application ecosystem for assigned areas and how these applications interact with the overall Arctic Wolf application ecosystem.
Gather business system requirements and document current state of systems and processes. Conceptualize and recommend future improvements and provide planning advice for both short-term and long-term business objectives to internal and external stakeholders.
Implement leadership policies and operating practices by engaging stakeholders to identify issues and create system requirements, while adhering to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to meet audit requirements.
Interpret and execute tasks assigned via a project plan and participate in sprint planning. Manages own workload effectively to ensure on time completion of assigned tasks and recommend changes to project plan based on experience and capacity.
Collaborate cross-functionally to elicit and document requirements effectively while determining business value, project scope, and success metrics.

Minimum Qualifications
2+ years of experience with Business Systems analysis and package support.
Functional knowledge of Corporate Business Systems (i.e. CRM, Marketing, HR, and ERP).
Working knowledge and understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile concepts.
Participated in projects involving packaged solutions and included integrations, documentation, and support responsibilities.
Demonstrated knowledge of software development lifecycle, sprint planning and release execution.
Ingenuity to help find solutions that bridge the gap between system constraints and business need.
Have participated in project execution, which has included gathering business requirements, analyzing business requirements, and determining technical solutions to solve problems.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
