About the role
This is a remote position.
IT Career Hub was founded in Germany in September 2022 by a team of managers and teachers from the largest educational startups in the world.The Education and Career Center provides a full cycle of support - from choosing a profession to employment. IT Career Hub graduates work in corporations such as Zalando, Bolt, ImmoScout24, Microsoft, Amazon, etc.
The mission of IT Career Hub is to train adult students to work in the field of information technology, promote the individual development of each student and help in finding a new promising job.
IT Career Hub training programs are certified by AZAV and are designed to be flexible to the needs of adult students, providing the opportunity to learn regardless of work experience and previously acquired knowledge and skills.
We don't limit ourselves to just training. We also provide employment support and career counseling to our graduates. We establish partnerships with leading companies in the industry so that our students have the opportunity to gain experience through an internship and then a job at one of these companies.

We are looking for a talented expert who can inspire and support our graduates diring their job search.
What you will do:
- Conduct online workshops and motivational webinars with guest speakers, experts from the market and employed graduates;
- Make a selection of offline and online events that can be useful for job hunting and networking in Germany and German-speaking countries;
- Compile a selection of job vacancies and job search tips;
- Find speakers on LinkedIn for online and offline events in Berlin and other German cities;
- Organise Friday coffee meetings online and Mastermind on job hunting.
Requirements
- Proven experience in community management or a similar role;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you know how to listen, empathize, and build trust;
- Ability to handle sensitive feedback and occasional criticism with grace and resilience;
- Experience with volunteer work or initiatives that require emotional intelligence and patience;
- Passion for fostering positive relationships and creating a supportive, engaging alumni community;
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple conversations or initiatives at once;
- A proactive attitude and desire to bring people together around shared goals or values;
- Native-level Russian and fluent English;
- Intermediate German.
