DoorDash Drive is our company's hyper-growth platform team serving restaurants, grocers and retailers across the United States, Canada and Australia. The Go To Market team is responsible for driving the strategy, profitability, and acceleration of growth across each vertical. About the Role
Collaborate with cross functional leaders to design and implement sales strategies, processes, and tools to accelerate growth. You will oversee annual and quarterly revenue targets, lead business performance cadences, and continuously optimize sales and implementation processes. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring alignment of sales technologies with sales processes. You will report to the Director of Go-To-Market on our Parcel Team in our Drive organization.

We’re excited about you because…
- You have 5+ years of experience in an analytical role such as management consulting, strategy, bizops, or analytics
- You have experience in retail logistics and supply chain
- You have strong analytical, organization, and communication skills
- You have experience leading projects from the idea stage through execution
- You have Entrepreneurial spirit, business acumen and a get-it-done attitude
- You are able to execute in an intense, fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- You have completed your BS/BA Degree.

Compensation
The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

- For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.
- For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).
