As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a prominent commercial real estate location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, tenants, and staff. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting guests, managing access control, and providing clear communication to all who enter the building. By maintaining a professional presence at the front desk, you help to deter security-related incidents and contribute to a welcoming environment. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and coordinating with building management as needed. What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, employees, and contractors at the front desk, providing a welcoming atmosphere within the commercial real estate location.
• Monitor access to the building by verifying identification and/or credentials in accordance with site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established procedures.
• Communicate professionally with building tenants, guests, and staff to address questions and/or concerns related to security-related matters.
• Document daily activities, incident reports, and any unusual occurrences as required by Allied Universal and client protocols.
• Assist with emergency response activities as directed, maintaining composure and supporting building occupants during critical events.
• Support Allied Universal management by following all company policies and site-specific procedures relevant to the front desk post.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
