60% FTE, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. No weekends. No holiday's. No call. Hours are based of the operational needs of the department. You will work at Eastpark Medical Center in Madison, WI.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Multidisciplinary Gastrointestinal (GI) Oncology Clinic to:
- Build therapeutic relationships with patients and families through compassionate, patient-centered care
- Coordinate care across medical oncology, colorectal surgery, and radiation oncology services
- Perform targeted patient assessments during clinic visits, telephone encounters, and through the patient portal
- Assist providers with endoscopic procedures and support procedural care within the clinic
- Provide patient education regarding treatment plans, procedures, and ongoing care needs

- Graduate of school of nursing Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Preferred
- 6 months of RN experience Required
- Relevant Inpatient RN experience Preferred
- Ambulatory experience Preferred
- Relevant oncology experience Preferred
- Chemotherapy experience Preferred
- Experience with Venous Access Devices (VADs) and IV skills Preferred
- Registration as a registered nurse in the state where employed or licensure in a state in the licensure compact Upon Hire Required
- Current CPR/BLS certification Upon Hire Required
- Certification in specialty area of practice Preferred
