About the role

Job Description & Summary

For those who power what’s next. Not for everyone.

We’re for those who think holistically—who are curious about how a business truly works and energized by the chance to shape it from the inside. This is a place where operations meet strategy, and where smart decisions ripple across the entire organization.

We’re for those who learn by doing—who thrive in connected environments, contribute with purpose, and take ownership of making things run better every day. If you’re ready to collaborate across departments, make an impact from day one, and grow at the core of PwC, this is your next move.

Solve what others can’t. Grow as much as you dare. Belong in your own way.

We’re looking for an ambitious and self-driven professional to join our Accounting Internal Firm Services team in Athens. You’ll work within one of PwC’s key internal functions, enabling performance, driving efficiency, and supporting the systems and people that keep everything moving.

SOLVE WHAT OTHERS CAN’T.
We’re working for something bigger than ourselves. You’ll be proud to be part of it. Your job description:

  • Coordinate documents for signature and handle the communication with the Independent Authority for Public Revenue (AADE).

  • Maintain and update accounting files to ensure data integrity.

  • Reconcile accounting records and manage supplier agreements.

  • Assist in the audit processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.

  • Prepare files to support accounting and tax management functions.

  • Support the day-to-day operations of the accounting department.

GROW AS MUCH AS YOU DARE.
We’re a team made for those who thrive on feedback, who are committed to learning by doing, and who see challenges as opportunities. What you bring to the team:

  • Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or any other related field.

  • At least one (1) year experience in an administrative assistant, front desk, or customer service role.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, including creating pivot tables and using formulas, is a prerequisite for this role.

  • Familiarity with an ERP system will be considered as an asset.

  • Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing, in Greek and English.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Willingness to learn and attention to detail.

  • Fulfilled military obligations for male candidates.

BELONG, IN YOUR OWN WAY.

We have created a circle of connection, standing by each other, through every challenge and every win. What’s in for you:

  • Hybrid working model and a competitive compensation package.

  • Access to challenging projects that broaden your expertise and leadership profile.

  • A collaborative environment that values mentorship, diverse teams, and inclusive success.

  • Career acceleration through tailored learning programmes, local and international mobility options, and senior leadership exposure.

  • Well-being initiatives, additional leave days, and a supportive ecosystem designed to help you grow—professionally and personally.

We’re not for those who:

  • Prefer the comfort zone.

  • Shy away from collaboration and change.

  • Avoid challenges that require both passion and structure.
