POSITION SUMMARY:

The primary responsibility of this position will be to provide analytical support for the Amazon Fresh and Amazon.com accounts – Nestlé’s fastest growing customer. This self-starter will work directly with the CFSC Sr. Manager to execute customer strategy, identify supply chain efficiency improvements, and reduce cost to serve. The position will also require customer and cross-functional engagement, with minimal supervision, to deliver E2E efficiencies such as performance metrics, UAD claim negotiations, and joint value creation initiatives. For seasoned professionals demonstrating readiness, this role may also provide an opportunity to independently manage the Amazon Fresh sub-account for future development purposes. These goals will be achieved by an agile, yet detail-oriented and well-organized problem solver; by assessing the holistic supply chain, anticipating risk and opportunity, and collaborating with key Commercial, BSC, Transportation and other stakeholders.

 

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead internal/external customer operational reviews with data-driven performance metrics and root cause analysis
  • Skillfully develop and implement solution-oriented action plans that drive E2E execution improvements
  • Foster collaborative customer & internal stakeholder relationships that build trust and credibility
  • Reduce cost to serve through a multi-pronged approach, including prep/support for business critical negotiations
  • Drive cross-channel opportunities that grow Nestle’s emerging alternative fulfillment channel and create E2E value
  • Implement process solutions that enhance strategic partnership between Customer, Commercial, and Operations
  • Facilitate supply chain-focused joint value creation initiatives such as gemba workshops or strategic pilots
  • Employ visual story telling techniques to communicate customer success to senior leaders
  • Compete/connect externally to assess current/future needs and present relevant action items

 

 

REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION LEVEL:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience

 

EXPERIENCE:

  • 2 Years of prior analytics experience
  • 2 Years of experience in Supply Chain

 

SKILLS:

  • Customer Centric and Service Oriented mindset (internally and externally)
  • Ability to effectively influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams, at all organizational levels
  • Strong ability to develop collaborative partnerships at the customer level in pursuit of common objectives
  • Ability to coach and support lower level professionals, to maintain consistency and compliance across the team
  • Excellent analytics skills, interpreting insights from large data sets – internal and external – to drive mutual benefit
  • Independent operator that takes initiative, can navigate ambiguity/change with ease; problem solving agility
  • Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, highly organized, with prioritization adaptability
  • Advanced PC skills, particularly Excel and Access, PowerBI, 3rd party web portals
  • Technical understanding of reporting databases and ability to quickly learn new programs, coach others
  • Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and with persuasive visual presentation skills
