The Director of Program Strategy & Revenue Optimization is responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive transactional revenue through optimized inventory utilization for the T+L GO Professional and RVC business programs. Through various key partnerships across the organization, this role drives collaboration to ensure alignment of program strategies, marketing efforts, and optimizing operational efficiencies.
The Director will possess a deep understanding of B2B2C and B2C transactional revenue opportunities and excel in leading cross-functional initiatives. They will design go-to-market strategies, create consumer-focused value propositions, and cultivate strategic business partnerships. The role emphasizes continuous improvement through testing, learning, and executing innovative strategies to maximize revenue.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities with Time Allocation:
40% - Strategic Leadership
• Develop and own the overall program business strategy, including brand differentiation, audience data optimization, partnerships, team structure, budget planning, and reporting.
• Collaborate with support teams to enhance program design and achieve optimal market positioning.
• Evaluate product and audience data to identify strategic opportunities for increasing transactional revenue.
• Use data-driven decisions to align Marketing, Program Operations, and Sales initiatives.
• Monitor and track key performance metrics, including lead data, campaign performance, transactions, and customer engagement.
• Partner with the Revenue Optimization team to identify pricing and inventory strategies.
• Execute sales and marketing techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining customer loyalty.
• Conduct discovery sessions with internal teams to align strategies and ensure cohesive organizational goals.
• Assess and recommend improvements to communication strategies, plans, and assets.
• Define key business objectives, requirements, and performance indicators for marketing initiatives.
30% - Program Execution
• Lead the execution of program strategies, consistently improving operational efficiencies to enhance customer engagement and boost transactional revenue.
15% - Leadership
• Manage program team leads, providing strategic guidance and mentorship.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, global counterparts, and business partners to optimize marketing efforts across regions.
• Define and drive key objectives, requirements, and KPIs for marketing journeys.
15% - Operational Support
• Establish and maintain robust processes to support program objectives.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to integrate best practices.
• Prepare and share detailed reports with actionable insights for Senior and Executive Management.

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of experience in strategic sales or marketing, including B2B and B2B2C program leadership.
• Proven track record of driving growth through innovative strategies in competitive environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional and global teams in a matrixed organization.
• Familiarity with timeshare, hospitality, or travel agency industries is a plus.
