Hub Chief - JLL

What this job involves: 

The Hub Chief is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the engineering team. This includes effectively managing multiple engineers, providing coaching and development opportunities, and ensuring that all building systems meet or exceed their rated life.

What your day-to-day will look like:

Oversee multiple chief engineers.

Provide support, coaching, counselling, development, and management of staff.

Ensure compliance with regulatory laws and guidelines.

Maintain records of buildings rounds and readings.

Assist with repairs in designated area of engineers.

Required Qualifications:

An associate degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent work experience.

A minimum of 7-10 years facility related work experience, including customer service.

Demonstrated technical expertise in engineering related systems.

A valid City of Chicago Stationary Engineer's license.

Universal CFC Certification required.

Working knowledge of BAS and CMMS systems.

Salary / Comp:

$62.66/Hourly

Estimated total compensation for this position:

130,332.00 – 130,332.80 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
