About the role
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMAnticipated Pay Range: $25 - $30 per hour, plus bonus eligibility This is an on-site position with regular travel to patients’ homes within the service area.
As a Clinical Quality Nurse, you will play a key role in ensuring every nurse is prepared and aligned with each client's unique needs before in-home care begins. This is a great opportunity for a licensed nurse with a passion for clinical quality to make a meaningful impact.

In this role, you will:
- Conduct telephonic reviews of nurses’ qualifications and standing with the agency before client assignments
- Review each client’s medical history, care plan, and medications with the assigned nurse to ensure readiness
- Provide charting guidance and support to field staff
- Document all care reviews and related notes in the agency’s electronic medical record (EMR) system
- Identify and help resolve scheduling or authorization challenges
- Assist with the transfer process for hospitalizations
- Flag and return charts to clinicians for correction as needed
- Conduct COVID screenings and support related protocols
Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish required
- Diploma from an accredited school or college of nursing
- Active LVN or LPN license
- Strong communication, collaboration, and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency with electronic medical records and web-based tools
