We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our Specialty Clinical and Professional Team. This role will be a full-time day shift role working Monday- Friday in a remote capacity with some on-site expectation as needed.
This role will specifically support Manager level recruitment for the IU Health system. This is a full life cycle recruitment role which includes conducting thorough intake conversations with the hiring leader, posting positions, sourcing, reviewing, and screening applicants, scheduling interviews, consulting on candidate selection and complete offer process. This role applies basic total rewards strategies to ensure compensation package is market competitive for the position, aligns with customer expectations, and aligns with candidate skills and abilities. A successful Intermediate Talent Acquisition Consultant assists with workforce planning analysis to ensure the right recruiting strategies are in place and executed effectively, guides leaders in selecting the best talent, and provides other project management support as requested by their leader, particularly surrounding passive candidate sourcing strategies and data reporting. A key component of this role is providing a thought process partnership and consulting on sourcing and recruiting of Black American, Hispanic/LatinX and other dimensions of diverse talent communities.

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field required, or equivalent years of experience.
- Requires knowledge of compensation structures and experience applying processes and guidelines for internal and external candidate hires.
- Requires a knowledge and understanding of HR related regulations and laws (e.g. FLSA; COBRA; ADA; FMLA; etc.).
- Requires 3-5 years of relevant experience within a matrixed organization; healthcare setting is preferred.
- Requires knowledge in passive sourcing approaches, tools, and technologies.
- Requires demonstrated success implementing sourcing strategies and process improvement initiatives.
- Requires proficiency in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and using an applicant tracking system.
- Requires experience with internet sourcing and recruiting strategies and practices
