Meaningful Work From Day One:
Manages retail operations to drive profit and deliver a premium brand experience. Develops retail strategy, oversees gift shop and eCommerce, and ensures brand alignment. Acts as primary buyer, manages vendor relationships, and compliance. Responsible for retail P&L, sales forecasts, and inventory. Collaborates with stakeholders to enhance guest experience. Manages personnel, SOPs, loss prevention, inventory, cash management, merchandising, and customer service.
What You Can Expect:
● Responsible for comprehensive leadership and management of retail operations, ensuring smooth daily operations and compliance and troubleshooting operational issues.
● Supervises the retail team, develops training plans and standard operating procedures, creates staffing schedules, and conducts performance evaluations.
● Develops financial reports and utilizes analytics for informed decision-making. Manages vendor relationships, drives financial accountability, and oversees purchasing and inventory management.
● Provides exceptional customer service, supporting visitor experience initiatives, sales, collaboration with the brand and consumer partners.
What You Bring to the Table
●Minimum of 12 years of experience in maintenance and mechanical operations leadership roles within manufacturing or industrial environments.
●Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices, preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and reliability engineering.
●Proven ability to develop and implement effective maintenance strategies and programs.
●Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
●Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
●Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, control costs, and allocate resources effectively.
●Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools.
