<ul> <li>lead engineer in Java application development (domain focus, less GUI focus)</li> <li>design and software-development for the IC Tester platform</li> <li>proactive, expert ownership of modules and components of the IC Tester platform and drive new concepts forward</li> <li>analyze complex problems, work with customers to understand their use models and propose and implement new solutions to leading edge technology problems</li> <li>new functionality with high quality</li> <li>teamwork in an international environment</li> </ul> <strong><span>Qualifications</span></strong> <ul> <li>Bachelor/Masters Degree in computer science or similar</li> <li>Minimum 7 years industry experience in software development</li> <li>Minimum 1 year leading smaller SW teams or projects</li> <li>Strong knowledge of software development techniques, best practices &amp; design methodologies is critical</li> <li>Experience with large SW projects, including architecture, applications and customers</li> <li>Project Management Skills and experience in technical leadership as a lead engineer</li> <li>Intercultural understanding and communication capabilities, experience in working with foreign teams</li> <li>Experience in leading cross functional teams</li> <li>Experience with Agile development methodologies</li> <li>Good Linux / Unix knowledge</li> <li>Analytical skills to drive corrective actions based on KPI’s</li> <li>Profound knowledge of OO software development methods and tools</li> <li>Experience in Java SW development</li> <li>Passion for quality</li> <li>Good understanding of ICs / electronic measurement technology (preferred)</li> <li>Experience with the Eclipse open platform (preferred)</li> <li>Experience on GIT software versioning system (preferred)</li> <li>Good German language skills (preferred)</li> </ul>
