About this role
The Product Manager will serve as the key interpreter and interface between engineering, analytics, data science, design, and the healthcare operations team that serves patients. Waymark’s operations team serves a highly-vulnerable population of patients receiving Medicaid, who often need mental health and substance use treatment, care coordination between primary care visits, and assistance navigating numerous barriers to good health. The design and engineering teams have created a system to keep track of patients, outreach them in a way that is optimized for low-income populations who may vary in health literacy and numeracy skills, and that supports our team through data science-based recommendations about which interventions are ideal for a given patient profile. As a PM, you will own the roadmap of building out the patient management system, provide critical decision-making around priorities and timelines, help translate between diverse disciplines from pharmacists to data scientists, and help align the product roadmap with the overall needs of our Public Benefit Company and its patients.
