We are looking for:

Junior Project Administrator

Your future role:

  • Supporting Project Managers in their day-to-day operational tasks (e.g., follow-ups, scheduling, documentation, reminders).
  • Tracking project members allocation and their involvement across multiple ongoing projects.
  • Coordinating project onboarding activities (access requests, communication, documentation setup).
  • Assisting with project financial processes - collecting timesheets, preparing billing data, issuing invoices.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
  • Ensuring smooth flow of information within the project team and across support functions.

Apply if you have:

  • Interest in project coordination, administration, or PMO-related areas.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Good command of English (min. C1) - both spoken and written - to work with international teams.

Nice to have:

  • Initial experience in a similar role (e.g., PMO, project assistant, administration specialist).
  • Familiarity with IT project environments.
