We are looking for:
Junior Project Administrator
Your future role:
- Supporting Project Managers in their day-to-day operational tasks (e.g., follow-ups, scheduling, documentation, reminders).
- Tracking project members allocation and their involvement across multiple ongoing projects.
- Coordinating project onboarding activities (access requests, communication, documentation setup).
- Assisting with project financial processes - collecting timesheets, preparing billing data, issuing invoices.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
- Ensuring smooth flow of information within the project team and across support functions.
Apply if you have:
- Interest in project coordination, administration, or PMO-related areas.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good command of English (min. C1) - both spoken and written - to work with international teams.
Nice to have:
- Initial experience in a similar role (e.g., PMO, project assistant, administration specialist).
- Familiarity with IT project environments.
