$32.45 - $48.70

Atrium Health Surgery Center – Shelby is an outpatient surgical facility located in Shelby, NC. We specialize in providing high-quality, compassionate surgical care in a safe and efficient environment. Our center supports a wide range of procedures including general surgery, orthopedics, ENT, ophthalmology, and more—all performed by experienced surgeons and supported by a dedicated clinical team. We also perform gastrointestinal procedures with AH Gastroenterology and Hepatology Cleveland providers.  Patients benefit from streamlined care and same-day discharge, allowing for faster recovery in the comfort of their own homes. We are proud to serve Cleveland County and surrounding communities with excellence and personalized care.

This is a fast-paced environment that requires exceptional clinical judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to prioritize effectively while maintaining a compassionate, patient-centered approach

We’re Looking For:

Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing

Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices

Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association

1 of RN experience and prior ambulatory care experience preferred.

Prior Preop experience preferred

BSN preferred.

What You’ll Do:

FULL TIME, MON-FRI 8 HOUR DAYS. NO WEEKENDS, HOLIDAYS OR CALL.

As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.

Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
