We are looking for a Business Performance Analyst I to join our team!
Important Note: This role is considered safety sensitive, and as such, you may be required to undergo various background screenings. This may include but is not limited to a driving record abstract, criminal check, a company sponsored medical and drug testing.
What You Will Do:
Define and develop performance metrics, analyze and recommend data collection process improvements, and ensure data integrity as it relates to reporting and analytics for company Department of Transportation driver files and other related employee safety programs. Identify and implement better work and business processes. Implement methods and systems to track workflow and performance efficiencies.
Who You Are:
Knowledge of Department of Transportation driver file requirements preferred.
2-3+ years of relevant experience in directly related field. Strong planning, organizational and project management skills with the ability to facilitate and/or work on multiple project teams simultaneously. Ability to exercise independent judgment and decision-making. Effective analytical skills. Strong computer skills.
Education Level:
Bachelor
Demonstrated related experience may be substituted for preferred education.
Physical Requirements (Include but are not limited to):
Include but not limited to: Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.

Include but not limited to: Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.
