• Assist with mobility and transportation to appointments or errands
• Observe and report any changes in clients’ health or behavior
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and client status

Requirements

• Previous experience in home care or related field is a plus
• Ability to communicate effectively and show empathy
• Reliable transportation to and from clients’ homes
• Ability to pass background checks
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
